What is allowed??

You must eat regularly – 3 meals and 2 snacks per day

The following food should not cause you any discomfort:

Rice, Bread
Pasta

Apple juice, Herbal tea (without caffeine)
Hot cider

Apples, Bananas
Carrots, Broccoli

Pretzels

Low fat cream cheese
